Requirements

1.Work experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in copper ore flotation operations and process optimization in mining enterprises, with experience in large-scale copper concentrators preferred.
• Proven track record in flotation process improvement, reagent optimization, or production efficiency enhancement.

2. Professional Skills

• Profound understanding of copper ore properties, flotation principles, and process design; proficient in adjusting flotation parameters (pH value, reagent dosage, aeration rate, etc.) to ensure product quality and recovery rate.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining flotation equipment (flotation cells, agitators, etc.), and capable of troubleshooting common equipment and process problems.
• Familiar with mineral processing test methods, able to analyze test data and propose targeted process improvement plans.
• Basic knowledge of mining safety and environmental protection regulations, ensuring compliance in flotation operations.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), capable of communicating effectively with international teams and preparing technical reports.

3. Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to respond quickly to on-site production emergencies.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with production, maintenance, and technical teams to achieve operational goals.

• Willing to relocate to Ndola, Copperbelt, Zambia, and adapt to the local working and living conditions.
