JOB DETAILS:• Understand the whole process in finance which includes GL, payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset, inventory, purchase orders and bank• Understand and keep handy all procedure manuals• Understand the operations process (workshop/stores/reservations/sales)• Daily capturing of supplier invoices• Ensuring correct documentation and record keeping for all supplier invoices and payments• Query suppliers on discrepancies for book entries with consistent follow up• Weekly check if all filling for trade and non-trade supplier invoices are complete• Post petty cash trans…
