1. ACCOUNTS CLERK (2 POSITIONS)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Basic understanding of accounting packages/software will be an added advantage
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good data entry and record-keeping skills

2. ACCOUNTANTS (2 POSITIONS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
  • Prepare and file statutory returns including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, VAT, and Withholding Tax
  • Perform account reconciliations (bank, suppliers, customers, and general ledger)
  • Process and render payments in line with company procedures
  • Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
  • Ensure compliance with Zambian statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls
  • Work closely with management to support financial decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
  • Experience working in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) industry will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and reporting skills
