JOB PURPOSE

The Energy Saving System (ESS) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ESS Solar Sales and installations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, installing ESS Projects
• Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Enforce Healthy and Safety standard and manage environment compliance.
• Carrying out site inspections and energy surveys.
• Supervising the ESS team and provide timely reports.
• Bidding for projects

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

• Full grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years Experience
• Minimum 2 years Experience in Electrical and Grid Integration

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Proficient in Microsoft Packages
• Analytical and multi-tasks.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks
• Willing to grow with the organization
• Strong attention to detail
