3 SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVES

We are seeking to recruit three (3) qualified and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates must be results-driven, professional, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:


Diploma or Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution

Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)

Any qualification in Journalism, Public Relations, or Media Studies will be an added advantage

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferred)


Additional Qualifications & Requirements:


Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email communication, CRM systems)

Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis

Valid driver’s license (added advantage)

Member of ZIM in good standing (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell company products/services

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets

Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events

Manage client inquiries and follow up on leads




1 CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER


We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Customer Care Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Position:Customer Care Manager

Location: Lusaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

Introduce and promote company products/services

Generate and qualify sales leads

Schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

Follow up on previous calls and inquiries

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement)

Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage)

Training in Customer Service or Telemarketing (added advantage)

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Confident and professional phone etiquette

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Target-driven and results-oriented

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)

Good time management and organizational skills
