We are seeking a reliable and experiencedDriver with knowledge in Procurementto support our construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safe transportation of staff, materials, and equipment, while also assisting with procurement duties to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

• Safely transport staff, materials, and equipment to and from project sites
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of construction materials
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine servicing and maintenance
• Keep accurate vehicle logs and fuel records

Procurement Duties:

• Assist in sourcing construction materials and supplies
• Collect quotations from suppliers and support price comparisons
• Facilitate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License (Class B or higher)
• Minimum3 years’ driving experience, preferably in a construction environment
• Proven experience or basic knowledge inprocurement or purchasing
• Good knowledge of local routes and suppliers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
