Job Description

CTDT seeks to employ aFinance & Admin Officerto be based in Lusaka and to be responsible for managing all CTDT finance and administrative matters for the organization.

Requirements for vacancy

·      Must possess a Grade Twelve Certificate.

·      Must be a Chartered Accountant or similar level of qualification.

·      Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants as prescribed by the Accountants Act of 2008, Section 12 (1)

·      Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

·      Must be proficient in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.

·      Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office.

Additional attributes

·      Must possess ability to analyze data for reporting.

·      Must possess good communication skills.

·      Must Possess a clean vehicle driving license.

·      Must be able to work under minimum supervision and will report to the Director and will be assisted by the Finance & Admin Assistant.

·      Experience of working for NGOs, working with small scale farmers in agroecology, agrobiodiversity, climate change and rural livelihoods would be an added advantage.
