Position: Head – Human Capital and Talent Management
Location:Â Lusaka

Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking an experienced Head – Human Capital and Talent Management to lead our human capital functions and talent initiatives, supporting our continued growth in shaping vibrant urban communities.

✅ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
✅ Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
✅ Lead training and development initiatives
✅ Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
✅ Manage HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making
ðð®ðšð¥ð¢ðŸð¢ðœðšðð¢ð¨ð§ð¬:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within real estate or property development sectors
✅ Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources
✅ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
✅ Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
✅ 3 to 5 years work experience
