Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for the real estate and property development industry? Broadleaf Urban Properties is seeking an experienced Head – Human Capital and Talent Management to lead our human capital functions and talent initiatives, supporting our continued growth in shaping vibrant urban communities.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes

Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Lead training and development initiatives

Foster a positive and inclusive company culture

Manage HR analytics and reporting for strategic decision-making


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within real estate or property development sectors

Registered with the Zambia Institute of Human Resources

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

3 to 5 years work experience
