Job Purpose

The Insurance Sales Executive role is vital for driving the growth and success of our insurance products. Engage with potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate policies. Identify and develop new insurance sales opportunities. Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Job search platform

Summary of Key Responsibilities;

Promote and market the other products and services of the organization that would best suit the needs of the customer.
Identify and develop new insurance sales opportunities
Assess clients’ Insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet and exceed Sales targets and quotas
Provide exceptional Customer Service to ensure Customer satisfaction
Stay informed about Industry trends and product knowledge
Prepare and present Sales proposals to clients
Process policy renewals and amendments
Be responsible for collecting the financial and personal information of the client and reviewing previous financial records and history to determine how much loan amount can be allotted to the customer and ability to pay it back.
Carry out any other duties assigned to you by your supervisors

Primary Areas of Accountability:

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Diploma holder in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any Commercial field
Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Work Experience in Sales and Marketing of Insurance and Loan Products/Services
Proven experience in Insurance Sales or a Similar role
Strong knowledge of Insurance Products and Services with deep understanding of the insurance industry
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must have knowledge of basic accounting
Must have basic computer software skills and the ability to work within relevant data spreadsheets
Attention to detail and the ability to reason and think quickly is essential for negotiating effectively
