AB Bank is seeking a Business Supervisor to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure service delivery in compliance with bank policies at their Kitwe operation The role focuses on driving business targets and overseeing operational functions for an assigned group.

Responsibilities

• Drive the fulfillment of business targets set for the branch
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand market share
• Oversee operational and administrative functions for assigned group
• Lead and manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager

Experience

• Experience in a Business Supervisory role will be an added advantage
