Zamgridco is a Zambian private company limited by guarantee. Its mission is to modernize and expand Zambia's national electricity distribution grid under the Grid Resilience Program. The company operates as an independent, legally separate entity headquartered in Lusaka. ZamgridCo channels resulting debt-conversion savings into distribution network investment and upgrades, aligning with Zambia's Integrated Resource Plan, Integrated Distribution Plan, and national energy reforms. Its activities focus on the electricity distribution sector, supporting the expansion and resilience of the national grid.
