Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA)

The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) is a self-regulated membership body established under the Accountants Act of 1982, as amended by the Accountants Act of 2008. ZICA has the primary mandate of regulating and promoting the accountancy profession in Zambia. The organization promotes excellence in the accountancy profession by championing high standards in education and ethics. Its activities include ensuring that audit firms and professional accountants comply with auditing standards and ethical guidelines established by ZICA and other regulatory bodies.
