Zambia Information And Communications Technology Authority ( Zicta )

The Zambia Information And Communications Technology Authority ( Zicta ) is a statutory body established under the Information and Communication Technologies Act No. 15 of 2009. It regulates the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector and also oversees the regulation of the Postal and Courier Services sector in Zambia. The organization operates from Lusaka, Zambia. Its activities include managing IT infrastructure services, procurement of goods and equipment, and supporting business operations within these regulated sectors.
