Restless Development Zambia

Restless Development Zambia is an organization that works with national volunteers to recruit and place young people from within their own countries. The agency focuses on engaging youth full time in tackling critical issues such as HIV/AIDS, nutrition, hygiene and sanitation, unemployment, and the lack of young people in decision-making roles. It supports the collective power of young leaders to create a better world by running youth-led programs. Restless Development Zambia designs and implements programs that promote gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), prevention and response to gender-based violence (GBV), child protection, climate justice, education, livelihoods, and youth civic participation. The organization works in partnership with government institutions, civil society organizations, communities, and young people to strengthen local systems and create sustainable opportunities for young people, particularly adolescent girls and those facing multiple forms of marginalization.
