Job Overview:

Panda Africa Solutions Limited, seeks to hire, a highly qualified and experienced Human

Resources & Administration Manager to lead and manage the

HR and administrative functions of the institution. The

successful candidate will play a strategic role in driving

people management initiatives aligned with business

objectives, while ensuring full compliance with Zambian

labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Reporting To:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Functions:

ï‚· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and

procedures aligned with company goals.

ï‚· Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and

workforce planning processes.

ï‚· Manage employee performance management systems

and appraisal processes.

ï‚· Oversee training, learning and development programs

to enhance staff capacity.

ï‚· Ensure compliance with the Employment Code Act and

other relevant Zambian labour laws.

ï‚· Provide guidance on employee relations matters

including disciplinary procedures and grievance

handling.

ï‚· Manage payroll administration, compensation,

benefits, and statutory contributions.

ï‚· Promote employee engagement, organizational

culture, and staff wellness initiatives.

ï‚· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

and HR databases.

2. Administration Management

ï‚· Oversee office administration, facilities management,

and asset control.

ï‚· Ensure effective management of company property,

equipment, and fleet (where applicable).

ï‚· Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient

support services.

ï‚· Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing

requirements relevant to HR and administration

functions.

ï‚· Oversee health and safety standards within the

workplace

3. Strategic & Compliance Functions

ï‚· Advise management on HR best practices and

organizational development.

ï‚· Prepare HR and administration reports for senior

management.

ï‚· Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and

professional standards.

ï‚· Lead audits related to HR and administrative

processes.

Qualification, Skills

and Experience

Required:

Full Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource

Management (ZIHRM).

Must possess a valid 2026 Practicing Licence issued by

ZIHRM.

ZAQA certified academic and professional credentials.
Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Human Resource Management,

Business Administration, or related field (Masterâ€™s Degree is

an added advantage).

Minimum of 5 yearsâ€™ progressive HR experience, with at

least 3 years in a Managerial role.

Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector

will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best

practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal

skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
