National Institute of Public Administration [NIPA]

National Institute of Public Administration [NIPA] operates under the Office of the President in Lusaka, Zambia. Established under NIPA Act No. 15 of 1998, it is recognized as one of ten public higher learning institutions in Zambia. The institution delivers programs in public administration, management, and leadership. NIPA provides mandatory public service training and certification and operates five campuses nationally. Its operational areas include mandatory public service training and certification; academic education; research, consultancy, collaborations and development; and commercialization of business entities. The organization focuses on strengthening governance and human capital development through these diverse activities.
