International Crane Foundation

The International Crane Foundation (ICF) operates as an implementing partner for environmental and conservation initiatives in Zambia. ICF collaborates with the Government of the Republic of Zambia, including the Ministry of Green Economy and Environment and the Department of National Parks and Wildlife. The organization is involved in projects such as the Kafue Flats Climate Resilience and Adaptation Project and the Kafue Flats Wildlife, Habitat, Health and Livelihoods Project. These initiatives aim to strengthen climate resilience, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable livelihoods within the Kafue Flats Ecosystem through funding accessed via the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
