The organization utilizes an innovative Income Share Agreement (ISA) model, covering students' tuition fees so they can study without financial barriers. Graduates repay a portion of their income once employed, creating a sustainable funding cycle that supports future generations. Chancen International focuses on empowering young people, particularly those from marginalized populations, by providing skills needed for meaningful employment. The company operates in Rwanda, Kenya, South Africa, and Ghana, and has helped over 10,000 young people access education. The organization has a presence in Lusaka, Zambia.
