Agronomes and Veterinaires Sans Frontiers Zambia

Agronomes and Veterinaires Sans Frontiers Zambia (AVSF) is a French non-governmental organization. The organization implements the Bush 2 Business (B2B) project in Zambia's Mpika and Lavushimanda districts within Muchinga Province. This initiative focuses on community development and creating green jobs, particularly for women and youth. AVSF supports sustainable private sectors related to biodiversity and forest-based non-timber products. The work promotes value addition at the community level through strengthening involvement in primary production and potential processing of non-timber forest products, such as honey and mushrooms. Furthermore, the project aims to support investments in biodiversity and forest conservation for integrated landscape management and climate resilience.
