Africa Youth Climate Fund

The Africa Youth Climate Fund (AYCF) is a flagship initiative of the Green Africa Youth Organization (GAYO). It addresses inequities in climate finance by providing direct resources, partnerships, and opportunities to young African climate leaders and movements. AYCF supports entrepreneurship, innovation, research, and climate justice advocacy across the continent through a participatory youth-for-youth grant-making model. The Fund serves as both a financing mechanism and a continental platform dedicated to strengthening youth leadership in advancing low-carbon, climate-resilient development pathways for Africa.
