Procurement Officer Atlaw Development Commission

Procurement Operations: Â Execute day-to-day procurement operations for goods, works, and services in strict compliance with public procurement regulations and ZLDC guidelines.
Tender Management: Â Prepare technical bidding documents, requests for proposals, and formal contract papers.
Evaluation & Reporting: Â Assist in evaluating supplier bids, conduct market research, and draft detailed evaluation reports for management.
Contract Administration: Â Monitor supplier performance and track contract fulfillment to ensure compliance with delivery timelines and specifications.
Supplier Relations: Â Maintain and update an authorized register of pre-qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
