The Responsibility for this Role Include:Cheesemaker will manage the initial stages of cheese production, including pasteurizing and separating milk to achieve the desired fat content.Preparing and monitoring bacterial cultures, manage the fermentation process, and work with rennet to coagulate the milk.Cheesemakers shape, salt, and drain the curd, which is the solid component of cheese.Overseeing the aging process, controlling temperature, humidity, and other factors to develop the cheese’s unique characteristics.Cheesemaker will operate various machinery, including vats, pumps, presses, an…
