Qualification:
1. Certificate, Diploma or a Degree.
2. Valid Human Resource practising Licence
Experience:
1. Two (2) to three (3) years experience.
2. Implementation of Zambia Labour Laws experience.
3. Labour grievances resolution experience.
Person:
1. Must be a Zambian citizen.
2. Must have high integrity and good character.
3. Able to professionally handle work pressure.
