Front Desk Officer

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Clients, visitors, and partners
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments or staff members
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure reception area reflects the firm’s professional image
  • Provide basic information about available properties and services
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings and property viewings
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and courier handling

Qualifications:

  • Certificate/diploma in office administration, customer service, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently
  • Prior experience in real estate or hospitality is an advantage
