WE ARE HIRING
Front Desk Officer
- Serve as the first point of contact for Clients, visitors, and partners
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Direct clients to appropriate departments or staff members
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure reception area reflects the firm’s professional image
- Provide basic information about available properties and services
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and property viewings
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and courier handling
Qualifications:
- Certificate/diploma in office administration, customer service, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently
- Prior experience in real estate or hospitality is an advantage
