Assistant Valuation Surveyor

• Assisting in inspection of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties
• Collecting and analysing market comparable data
• Preparing draft valuation reports in line with professional standards
• Conducting market research and property data compilation
• Liaising with clients, financial institutions and regulatory bodies
• Assisting with highest and best use analysis and feasibility studies
• Supporting senior valuation surveyors in report preparation and presentations

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property studies, valuation & estate management, or related field
• 1-2 years relevant experience (graduates with strong academic performance may apply)
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
• High level of integrity and professionalism
