Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the Head of Design, producing high-quality visual content for a range of projects.
This position requires a designer who can deliver exceptional results under pressure, with minimal supervision, and who possesses a strong sense of creativity, detail, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts and designs for branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
- Create content for social media, print, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Head of Design to ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain visual standards.
- Prepare and package final artwork for print and digital distribution.
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Maintain a proactive and organised approach to managing multiple design tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field is an added advantage (not a requirement).
- Video editing or motion design skills are an added advantage(not a requirement).
