JOB DETAILS:Nkhuni Farm Lts is currently looking for an experienced Poultry Butcher to work in the abbatoir.Key Requirements:1. Must have experience of the full slaughtering process till the stage of packing.2. Must have knowledge on how to operate the Defeathering Machine/Plucking Machine and other processing equipment3. Ensure proper records are kept of the stock coming in and leaving the farm.4. Must be willing to stay on an off-grid farm5.
