JOB DETAILS:The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:• Establishes appropriate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework including risk policies, metrics, reporting and monitoring;• Ensures alignment of Risk Management with Corporate Strategy and facilitates the execution of the ERM Framework, including facilitating continuous improvement of organization capabilities for management of its top priority risks;• Supports Senior Management and the Board Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) in ensuring that risks are mitigated to the desired level;• Provide…
