IT Support Engineer

The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the following:Ensures Operational Level Agreement/ Service Level Agreement adherence by managed service partners;Ensures that operational delivery targets of the Mobile Money technology stack are met;Ensures availability and reliability of systems;Supports delivery of Projects and Demands as needed;Interfaces between Business and Vendor Support teams;Interfaces with Group Technology teams;Interfaces with External Partners;Develops, deploys and evolves solutions that fall outside the scope of Managed Service Partners.Candidate Re…
