JOB DETAILS:The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Stores Officer to carry out the following duties;• Post Goods Received Notes and Issue Notes in SAP• Raise debit and credit notes to correct price variations due to mis posting• Prepare weekly store issue notes summary for the management accounts for costing analysis and budgeting• Prepare daily reports for essential consumable items• Maintain an annual stock inventory check of consumable items• Code goods received notes and issue notes for posting in the system• File all documents and enter data from source …
