JOB DETAILS:Position SummaryReporting to the District Clinical Mentor, the I-Surge Officer (ISO) will provide daily mentorship and support at site level in the assigned health facilities through implementation of the I-surge approach to improve and sustain performance across the HIV/TB prevention, care and treatment cascade.Major Accountabilities:Working with the facility staff, the ISO will:• Support HF staff in HIV/TB clinical management to ensure implementation of the test and treat strategy• Conduct and coordinate daily data reviews with complete documentation• Strengthen HIV testing…
