JOB DETAILS:The Role:• Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, to join our Lusaka office.Key duties will include, but not limited to:• Tendering/Estimation: Complete take-off of quantities, and apply rates for relevant trades, subcontractor engagement / communications and quotation analysis, and finalize and submission of tender(s).• Contract Administration, inclusive monitoring project specific budgets, project procurement, monitor site progress, process, and distribute monthly claims, process subcontractor payment schedules and payments, identify and process variations to the contract…
