JOB ADVERTISEMENT – HOTEL MANAGER

Gloria Inn Hotel is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Hotel Manager.

Key Responsibilities

ï‚·Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, and maintenance.

ï‚·Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of customer care.

ï‚·Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

ï‚·Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and ensure proper stock control and purchasing procedures.

ï‚·Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

ï‚·Support marketing and sales activities to increase occupancy, conferences, and events.

ï‚·Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

ï‚·Degree in Hospitality Management.

Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role.

ï‚·Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

ï‚·Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

ï‚·Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.
