JOB DETAILS::Overall Job Purpose:The General Mechanical Technical Coach, Fixed Plant will coach and develop FQM Trident Process Plant Artisans, enhancing their technical skills and on the job behaviors to achieve a culture of high quality work and efficiency in the department.
