JOB DETAILS::Overall Job Purpose:The General Mechanical Technical Coach, Fixed Plant will coach and develop FQM Trident Process Plant Artisans, enhancing their technical skills and on the job behaviors to achieve a culture of high quality work and efficiency in the department. The coach will provide a mix of ‘on the job’ coaching and support to Artisans, and design and delivery of more formal coaching modules as required.
