Retail Collections Manager

To lead a team and manage loan instalments repayments from employers on accounts, reconciliations and timeous tagging of accounts and engagement with employers to manage credit risk emanating from negative economic impacts for example Liquidations and retrenchments To minimise portfolio provisions, supervise and collect on all the overdue and defaulting loans and overdrafts in order to reduce the impairments and provisions on the Bank’s Profit and Loss and drive the Bank’s credit portfolioManaging the collections, credit and risk portfolio to minimise credit losses i.e. relegations to Reco…
