Job Description

The Project Officer provides essential support to a project, working with the Project Manager and other team members to achieve project success. Exact responsibilities will vary by project, but key components of a Project Officers’ roles include planning, coordinating, organizing and reporting skills.COMPETENCIES:Strong time management skills; e.g. planning, prioritizing and monitoring skillsExcellent understanding of project governance and its applicationFinancial acumen; e.g. financial planning and building a business caseStrong interpersonal skills and ability to direct and support others
