Espeka Zambia Limited is urgently looking for a qualified quantity surveyor to fill up the vacancy.Duties:1. Must have a thorough understanding of modern construction technology or similar construction structure.2. Price competitively/forecast the cost of materials needed for construction.3. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.4. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, bills of quantities, and related documentation.5.
