We’re looking for a highly driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and community engagement.

JOB BRIEF

The social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing eShandi’s presence across all social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging and high-impact content. Who understands what makes content go viral, knows how to build communities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

v Manage all social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube

v Plan and execute daily content calendars

v Post consistently and optimize content performance

v Engage actively with followers (comments, DMs, conversations)

v Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)

v Identify trends and implement viral content strategies

v Collaborate with content creator and designer to execute campaigns

Qualifications:

v 3–5+ years’ experience in social media management

v Strong understanding of algorithms and trends

v Experience managing brand accounts (preferably fintech, banking, telco, or startups)

v Excellent writing and communication skills

v Highly organized and detail-oriented

v Strong familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analytics and productivity

Bonus Experience (Highly desirable)

v Experience growing social media accounts significantly

v Experience with paid social campaigns

v Basic design or video editing skills

AI & Digital Tools (Required)

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to use AI tools to enhance performance and efficiency, including:

v ChatGPT / Claude for content ideation and copywriting

v Canva (including Magic Design / AI features)

v Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

v AI analytics or insights tools for performance tracking

v Basic use of AI for trend analysis and content optimization
