JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Videographer to bring the eShandi brand to life through high-quality visuals and video production. This role is critical in ensuring our brand stands out with clean, modern and engaging creative content.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

v Design social media graphics, carousels, and marketing materials

v Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

v Create campaign visuals and promotional content

Videography:

v Shoot high-quality video content

v Support content creator with filming

v Edit videos for social media and campaigns

Qualifications:

v 3–5+ years experience in graphic design and/or videography

v Strong portfolio of creative work

v Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

v Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)

v Strong attention to detail and creativity

Bonus:

v Experience working with fintech or corporate brands

v Motion graphics skills

v Photography skills

AI Design & Creative Tools (Required):

v Experience using AI-enhanced design tools such as: Canva (Magic Resize, AI image generation, templates); Adobe Photoshop (AI features like Generative Fill); Adobe Illustrator

v Familiarity with AI tools for: Image generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E); Video editing enhancements (e.g., CapCut AI tools)

v Ability to integrate AI into design workflows to improve speed and creativity
