JOB DETAILS:
To provide high quality and client focused oriented Printer Repair Services
Key Performance Areas :
• Servicing and repairing Printers
End to end repair process knowledge required
Use computer-based systems to enter/record required data
Receive, verify, and stock inventory from various vendors
Fill, pick, and prepare part requests/orders for shipment
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required
Complete accurate defective part documentation
Miscellaneous daily tasks including clean-up activities
Perform hardware diagnostics of all units
Perform quality inspection of all completed processes

Minimum Requirements:
• Education : Matric (Essential); Diploma (Preferable)
Certification : A+ (Preferable) , Service qualification with brands like HP, Epson, Canon (Highly preferable)
Experience : 2+ Years in Printer repairs (Essential)
Language : English (Fluent)
Drivers License : Yes (Required)
Location : Rhodespark, Lusaka (Onsite)
