Reporting to Head – Financial Systems functionally and Manager – System Administration administratively. The incumbent is responsible for management and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and supporting users with resolution of technical issues, system upgrades, and system configurations to optimize business processes and financial management reports.
