SITE ADMINISTRATORS – KALUMBILA• Manage daily administrative operations.• Liaise with our contractors on administration related matters.• Write purchase orders, arrange delivery and collection of goods.• Monitor and ensure statutory compliances like silicosis, local governments operating licences and all forms of statutory compliance.• Perform general office duties such as ordering office supplies,• Maintain an updated duty roster as provided by site sectional supervisors.• Keep an updated record of raw materials for production.• Process monthly payroll input f…
