JOB DETAILS:We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill in the new position of Procurement Officer/Expeditor, on a one year fixed term contract.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Update due dates in the system.• Follow up with items being GRV’d.• Amend orders with issues that prevent GRV’ing.• Capture all pre-alerts for international PO’s.• Update international orders and liaise with consolidator.• Follow up prepayments on international orders with vendors.• Follow up invoices on deliveries that were delivered with delivery notes.• Cancelling of orders• Follow up PODâ…
