Description:Job PurposeThe Cost Controller will monitor and safeguard food and beverage costs by exercising adequate and prompt control over the recording of the cost of purchased food and beverages, and by checking the accuracy of menu pricing based on an analysis of the actual product costs of food and beverages served.
