JOB DETAILS:Description:Job PurposeThe Legal Officer will provide general support to the Legal department with a bias towards Credit support through preparation of security documents, security perfection and recovery of bad debts while ensuring statutory compliance. Assisting in ensuring the security perfection process is carried out diligently by the Bank’s External Lawyers, collateral is verified and perfected pre-disbursement.
