JOB DETAILS:Key Responsibilities• Ensure that books of accounts are reconciled and closed daily.• Prepare receipts for payment receipts.• Ensure petty cash for both Lusaka and Siavonga is replenished timely.• Ensure the work is executed in accordance with accounting principles, policies and processes regulated by IAS/IFRS (Accounting standards).• Ensure customer receipts are processed within agreed terms.• Ensure customer reconciliations are prepared accurately and on time.• Ensure month-end close journals/postings are correct and on time.
