Job Requirements – Contact Center Officer

Required Skills

Minimum Diploma in business related field and Microsoft office proficiency

Experience in a Contact Centre managing inbound and outbound calls

Experience in managing customer queries via social media

Tasks & Responsibilities

Client facing and query handling

Good knowledge of banks products and services Experience in Sales

Attend to customer queries, comments, and questions through various platforms (Calls, Social Media, and Websites)
