AB Bank is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Business Supervisor.

The Business Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to offer effective services in compliance with the banks policies and procedures.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Drive the fulfillment of business targets set for the branch.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand markets share.
• Oversee operational and administrative functions for assigned group.
• Lead and manage branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ZAQA certification is a must.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office package, office equipment and applications
• Strong Leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in a Business Supervisory role will be an added advantage
• Must have Zambia Qualifications Authority certified copies of academic qualifications. (ZAQA)
